Kundalini Elements:
Kundalini Yoga 8 Week Course
for continuing students
…. ….. ….… The journey begins Wednesday 22 September, 2021 …….. .…. …
Have you been touched by the power of kundalini yoga?
Ready to take your practice to the next level?
Connect to the fundamental elements of your being &
Raise your consciousness to a new level
This course is exclusively for those who have already undertaken our introductory kundalini yoga unit ‘Awakening the Embodied Spirit’, or those who have a personal yoga practice (with permission of the teacher). Raise your consciousness and commit to furthering your own self-enrichment through the powerful practice of kundalini yoga.
This 8 week journey will deepen your kundalini yoga experience with a focus on the tattvas (elements) and gunas (tendencies).
In yoga, the world is understood as a cosmic tango between earth, water, fire, air and akasha (space), permeated by the interplay of the three tendencies: tamas (inertia/ slowness), rajas (dynamism) and sattva (being). We will use this sacred lens to further explore kundalini yoga asana (physical postures), pranayam (breathwork), mantra (chanting), mudra (yogic gestures) and bandha (yogic locks).
Kundalini yoga is for everyone with a desire to unfurl their potential, gain a strong and vital body & mind and to explore the nature of life and the universe.
The Kundalini Centre is a haven for conscious individuals and community, a temple where you can come home to yourself. It is the ACT and QBN’s first and only kundalini yoga studio.
